Words from Spectators
BroadwayWorld, DESTINY OF DESIRE (DCPA)
"The younger performers brought a welcome looseness to the production. Jessica Lopez and Victoria Gomez, as Pilar Esperanza Castillo and Victoria Maria del Rio, were especially good together, playing off one another with an easy, mischievous energy that made their scenes some of the evening's most enjoyable. Both were also strong vocalists.
Orange Curtain Review, LITTLE WOMEN (UCI)
"The show begins and ends with Jo March (Jessica Lopez), literally and figuratively. Lopez had perfect snarky line delivery and emotional tinged vocals, with great tone and clarity, throughout the production. Her talent especially shown when she sung 'Astonishing' and 'Fire Within Me.'"
Orange Curtain Review, LITTLE WOMEN (UCI)
"The music really blended well, maybe nowhere stronger than in the tune 'Could You?', where the two women singing, Jessica Lopez (Jo March) and Mikayla Thomas-Turner (Aunt March/US Mrs. Kirk), share their vocals back and forth so clearly in concert with the instrumentation. The singers delivered incredible harmonies during the performance."
